Plain terms for print and mail orders with Lead Gen Digital Marketing. Placing an order means you accept them.

Proofs and approval

Nothing prints until you approve a proof. You are responsible for the content of the proof you approve, including spelling, images, offers, legal disclaimers and the mailing list. We check files against USPS rules and flag problems, but the final approval is yours.

Turnaround

Standard jobs are printed and entered at the USPS within two business days of proof approval and, where a list is involved, of receipt of a usable list. USPS delivery times are estimates published by the Postal Service and are not guaranteed by us; First-Class typically arrives in one to five business days, Marketing Mail in three to ten, EDDM in three to seven.

Postage

Postage is charged at the USPS rate in effect on the mailing date and is paid before entry. Postage is not refundable once mail has been accepted by the USPS. Quotes show postage at the automation 5-digit rate for a clean list; the actual rate depends on how your list sorts and is shown on the postage statement.

Lists and content

You warrant that you have the right to mail to any list you upload and that your content complies with applicable law, including disclosure and disclaimer requirements for regulated industries. Purchased lists are licensed for the use purchased and may not be copied or resold.

Reprints and errors

If we make a production error, we reprint and remail at our cost or refund the affected portion. Errors in approved proofs, artwork or lists are not production errors. Color varies slightly between runs and from screen to print and is not a defect.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled without charge before proof approval. After approval, work completed to the point of cancellation is billed. Once mail has been entered at the USPS it cannot be recalled.

Payment

Orders are paid at approval unless credit terms have been agreed. Invoiced accounts are due net 15. We accept major credit cards, ACH and checks.
