What to include
- The piece (5×8.25 or 6×11 postcard, EDDM, letter, self-mailer) and roughly how many
- The city it is going to: ZIP codes, neighborhoods, or your own list
- Whether you have a design, want a template, or want one made
- Timing, if there is a date the mail must land
